4-5 years.

National Information Technology Plan for the 21st Century, or
IT21, documents our common vision and presents our nations

report is the conclusion to a series of consultations with carriers,
application developers, Internet service providers, equipment
manufacturers government departments, associations and educators.
To initiate the consultations, a kick-off meeting was held in
Manila in October 1997.
