The 2022 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 6957, “An Act Authorizing the Financing, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Infrastructure Projects by the Private Sector and for Other Purposes”, as amended by Republic Act No. 7718, is effective on April 26, 2022 following its publication in the Official Gazette on April 11, 2022.
