CSC-PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Completion of two (2) years in college
One (1) year of relevant experience (work experience in any HR facets i.e. recruitment, selection and placement, learning and development, among others)
Four (4) hours of relevant training (any HR-related training programs)
Career Service Subprofessional / First Level Eligibility
Under general supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer and with limited latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, performs clerical and administrative work which pertains to the provision of secretariat support to the personnel selection boards and search committees; drafts/prepares simple/pro-forma memorandum; and performs other related functions, as directed by immediate supervisors.
