Economic Planning Secretary and NEDA Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan joins the Philippine-Australia Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Policy Dialogue in Mactan-Cebu on 14 August 2015.

The PPP Dialogue, according to Balisacan, is a good opportunity for the larger number of government agencies involved in the PPP processes to learn from PPP practitioners and experts from Australia, a country regarded to have the most mature and advanced PPP market.

The PPP Dialogue includes the discussions on Australia’s PPP legal and institutional framework, the role of the government in promoting PPPs, successful bidding practices, PPP financing options, to mention a few.
