Public Consultation on the Draft Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 11659, otherwise known as the Amendments to the Public Service Act

The NEDA Secretariat will conduct its first consultation on June 29, 2022 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM to solicit comments and recommendations on the draft IRR of the Amendments to the Public Service Act.

The consultation will be done virtually via Zoom and simultaneously broadcasted in NEDA’s official Facebook page. Kindly register at the link below for the Zoom registration and scroll below for the attached pdf copy of the draft PSA IRR. Please log-in your Zoom account prior to filling out the Zoom registration link, to enable successful registration.
