The Japan Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) Project under the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) is accepting nominees for its Japanese Academic Year 2016-2017 Master’s Programs.

The project will provide Filipinos with an opportunity to take one to two-year Master courses at Japanese universities with full tuition, air fare and accommodation expense subsidies.

To be dispatched in 2016, the 14th batch of JDS Fellows will be able to acquire expertise on policy making and institutional building as well as  build human network in and out of Japan. The scholarship could also strengthen the Philippine government’s administrative capacity and enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.

The applications should be submitted, either personally or by mail/courier to: JICE JIDS Project Office in the Philippines, Unit 2-F1, Island Plaza Salcedo, 105 L.P. Leviste Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City, Philippines.  Deadline for submission of  nominations  is on November 6, 2015.

JDS is an initiative established by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines with the assistance of the Government of Japan in 2002. It is funded by the Government of Japan through the Official Development Assistance supported by Japanese tax payers.
