Edilon (right) bode farewell to Counselor Luke Myers (second from left), Canada Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development’s Head of Cooperation. He was accompanied by First Secretary for Development Genevieve Asselin (second from right) on January 26 at the NEDA Executive Lounge, NEDA Pasig. Myers will be leaving the country to serve in Kenya, where he began his career as a volunteer in the early 1980s. He joined the Philippines program at the former Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) as Country Program Manager in 2009 and became the Head of Cooperation and Counsellor for Development in September 2011.
