All stakeholders and interested parties are invited to provide comments and inputs on the proposed amendments to the 2022 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law, and attend the face-to-face public consultation on September 13, 2022, at the ADB Auditorium 3, Mandaluyong City, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The proposed amendments seek to:

• address stakeholder concerns on the financial viability and bankability of PPP projects; and,
• clarify ambiguous provisions that could cause delays in the PPP process.
