Economic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balisacan visited Leyte for a progress inspection of eight (8) ongoing Typhoon Yolanda reconstruction and rehabilitation projects last June 24 and 25, particularly in Tacloban City and Tanauan.

In addition to checking on the progress of the reconstruction efforts based on the Reconstruction Assistance on Yolanda (RAY) documents, The NEDA Director-General also sought to find out if there are implementation, coordination, or policy issues that need to be resolved at the higher level.
